Thursday, September 13th

  • 4PM – 7PM Registration Meet  & Greet (In the old gym main school entrance)

  • 7pm Battle of the Bands

  • 9PM Club Haze Roof top social (Downtown)

Friday, September 14th

  • 3PM – 5PM Continued Registration and Event Ticket Sales (Alumni Center on Milam/Elder)

  • 7PM – 1AM Hall of Fame Ceremony Dinner and Dance (Diamond Jacks Casino & Hotel)


Saturday, September 15th

  • 9AM – 10:30AM Continental Breakfast provided for Alumni and Friends (Alumni Center Milam/Elder)

  • 11AM Parade Start (Line up begins promptly at 8AM for all participants)

  • 1:30PM Open House at BTW High School , Black Doctors Association Health Fair (Main Entrance)

  • 2PM Membership Roundup

  • 7PM Soul Bowl Game

  • 10:30PM – 1AM After Party at AG Building (State Fair Grounds)

Sunday, September 16th
